Tomorrow the Steel will play their first game against Fairbanks for the 2020-2021 season against a 9-10 team that is sitting in third place in the Midwest Division. The Steel are coming off back-to-back losses against Wisconsin rival Janesville Jets, but are learning a lot this season according to their coach Carter Foguth. “We are looking forward to being back at home for 3 games this week going up against a good Fairbanks team. Our groups focus heading into these games is to establish an identity and start to play more consistently at both ends of the ice. I have liked our teams compete level all week in practice and we will look to carry that into Thursdays game.”
