Chippewa Falls, WI- The Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that defenseman Matthew Berezowski has committed to play ACHA Division 1 hockey for the Liberty University.
The 6’3/215 lbs. native of Corona, CA played in 30 games for the Steel during the 20-21 season, scoring 2 goals.
“Matt has been great for the Chippewa Steel program. His countless community service hours, involvement with the youth program, and loyalty to the area are unmatched. We look forward to watching him play at Liberty and using his strong frame to make an immediate impact. Congratulations to Matt and the Berezowski family,” stated Steel Head Coach & GM Mike Janda.
