Steel Face the Austin Bruins in Weekend Series
The Steel will face the Austin Bruins this weekend for another weekend series.
The Austin Bruins are 12-5 on the season which puts them in the 2nd place position in the Central Division. The Bruins recently lost a weekend series against Minot and split last weekend against the Bismarck Bobcats. The Steel will need to keep their eyes out for Dante Sheriff who is The Bruins top skater with 21 points so far this season, 9 goals and 12 assists.
The Steel lost to the Bruins the last time the teams faced each other, so they will look to get a win against Austin. Tomas Vochozka of the Steel leads the team with 18 points, 7 goals, and 11 assists. Killian Kiecker-Olson follows with 14 points, 4 goals, and 10 assists. Although still 6th in the Midwest Division, the Steel will look to bring home two wins this weekend.
