Chippewa Falls, WI – The Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League are proud to announce that Forward Grant Reichenbacher has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey at Aubsburg University in the MIAC.
Reinchenbacher, a native of Madison, Wisconsin played in all 60 games this past season with the Steel. In those games he recorded 26 points with 8 goals and 18 assists.
“I’m super excited to start my college career at such a great university. I am extremely thankful for Coach Foguth, Coach Stepan and the entire Chippewa Steel organization for helping me reach my dream of playing college hockey,” said Reichenbacher.
“Grant did a great job this season being a leader and a role model on and off the ice for our organization. He worked hard and is very deserving of his commitment. We’re very excited for the opportunity he has to play college hockey and further his education,” said Steel Head Coach Carter Foguth.
