Chippewa Falls, WI – The Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League are proud to announce that Jaden Grant, Killian Kiecker-Olson and John Druskinis have been called up to USHL rosters. Grant will play for Sioux City, Kiecker-Olson will suit up for Chicago and Driskinis will head to Muskegon.
Grant has played in 19 games for the Steel this season scoring 4 goals and adding 3 assists. The White Lake, MI native has a commitment to play college hockey at Bowling Green State University following his junior hockey career.
Kiecker-Olson has played in all 22 games for Chippewa this year. He has found the back of the net 7 times and leads the team with 17 assists on the year.
Driskinis has been solid on defense all year for the Steel. The Hartland, MI native has recorded 7 points on the campaign.
All players are eligible to return to the Chippewa Steel roster at a later date.
Chippewa returns to Chippewa Area Ice Arena on Saturday, December 14th at 7:10 to take on the Fairbanks Ice Dogs. Join us for Teddy Bear Toss Night presented by Sports Talk 105.1. Fans are encouraged to bring new or gently used teddy bears to the game and when the first goal of the night is scored fans can toss them on the ice.
