Killian Kiecker-Olson is not too far from his hometown of Andover, MN. Kiecker-Olson left home early to start his hockey journey at Northern Edge in MN. He then traveled to Colorado to play and then last year played for the Sioux Falls Stampede 16U team.

When asked about his goals for the future Kiecker-Olson said, “I want to make it to the highest level possible, the USHL, D1 and as high as I can get after that.” He said that his favorite part of playing for the Steel is the team, “We have a strong team and things have been going great with the guys,” Kiecker-Olson commented. He also commented on the recent coaching change, “It’s going to spark a change and spark us in the right direction”.

Before games, you will find Kiecker-Olson with his headphones in right when he gets out of the car until right before the game.
